Summary
This study looks at whether educational tools can help adolescents and young adults (ages 18-39) with advanced solid tumors or high-grade brain tumors start planning their future medical care early. Participants watch a short video and attend a special appointment to discuss their care wishes. The goal is to see if this approach is practical and helpful for patients and their families.
