Summary
This study looked at whether acupuncture can reduce pain and improve daily life for women with painful periods (primary dysmenorrhea). 64 women aged 18-35 with regular cycles and moderate-to-severe pain took part. Researchers measured pain intensity and quality of life before and after treatment.
