This study looked at whether using an activity tracker (like a Fitbit) can help people in a hospital program for alcohol use disorder become more active and improve their mood. 90 adults wore the tracker during their treatment. Researchers measured how often they used it, their physical activity, sleep, and feelings of depression and anxiety.
