Summary
This study tests whether giving multiple brain stimulation sessions per day (accelerated) works better than one session per day (conventional) for treating depression in people aged 60 and older. All 280 participants will receive active treatment, but some get the faster schedule. The goal is to see which approach improves mood more quickly and effectively.
