Lemon balm supplement tested for stress relief in new study
Symptom relief Not yet recruitingThis study tests whether a daily lemon balm supplement can improve mood and lower stress in healthy adults. Forty volunteers will take either the supplement or a placebo for three weeks. Researchers will measure changes in stress levels and a stress hormone called cortisol.
