NCT ID NCT07551180

First seen Apr 29, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This study tests whether a structured mandala coloring activity can reduce anxiety and improve emotional well-being in adolescents who have a sibling with special needs. About 64 teens will be randomly assigned to either do the mandala activity or not. Researchers will measure changes in anxiety and well-being before and after the program to see if this simple, non-drug approach helps.
