NCT ID NCT07331376

First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 16 times

Summary

This study looks at whether Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), a method that involves tapping on specific body points, can help nursing students feel less stressed and anxious and sleep better. About 105 nursing students will take part, and researchers will measure changes in stress and sleep quality over 8 weeks. The goal is to see if EFT can be a simple, drug-free way to support mental well-being during demanding nursing training.
