First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study looked at whether doing Zumba for 10 weeks could help reduce anxiety and depression in healthy adults aged 40 to 65. Forty people were split into two groups: one did Zumba three times a week, and the other continued their normal routine. Researchers measured mood before and after using a standard questionnaire. The goal was to see if group dance exercise can boost psychological well-being in people without serious mental health conditions.
