Summary
This study looked at whether doing Zumba for 10 weeks could help lower anxiety and depression in healthy adults aged 40 to 65. Forty people were split into two groups: one did Zumba three times a week, and the other kept their normal routine. The researchers measured mood before and after using a standard questionnaire. The goal was to see if group dance exercise can boost mental well-being in everyday people.
