Summary
This study tests whether an injection called ZILRETTA can reduce pain in people with shoulder osteoarthritis. About 150 adults aged 50 to 80 will receive either ZILRETTA, a standard steroid, or a placebo. The main goal is to see if ZILRETTA provides better pain relief over 12 weeks.
