Summary
This study compares two treatments for people with severe shoulder arthritis: shoulder replacement surgery followed by rehab, or a 12-week exercise program. The goal is to see which approach better reduces pain and improves shoulder function. About 100 adults aged 55-85 who are eligible for surgery are taking part.
