Summary
This study will track sleep patterns in 20 people before and after reverse shoulder replacement surgery. Participants will wear a MotionWatch 8 sleep tracker for a week before surgery and again 6 months after. The goal is to see if better sleep is linked to better recovery and shoulder function.
