Summary
This early-phase trial tests whether adding an experimental drug (ZEN003694) to standard chemotherapy and immunotherapy is safe and can shrink tumors in people with advanced triple-negative breast cancer. About 57 participants will receive the combination. The goal is to find the best dose and see if the approach works better than chemotherapy alone.
