Summary

This study tests an oral drug called ZED1227 in 356 adults with celiac disease who still have symptoms like stomach pain and bloating even after following a gluten-free diet for at least a year. Participants will receive either the drug or a placebo for several weeks to see if symptoms improve. The goal is to find a treatment that helps when diet alone isn't enough.
