Summary

This early-stage study is testing a new oral drug called ZE50-0134 in 66 adults with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL), or certain low-grade lymphomas that have come back or not responded to prior treatments. The main goal is to check the drug's safety and find the right dose, while also looking for signs that it can shrink or control the cancer.
