Summary
This phase 3 trial tests whether zastaprazan, a stomach-acid-blocking drug, can prevent upper gastrointestinal bleeding in adults who have recently had a transient ischemic attack (TIA) or ischemic stroke and are taking antiplatelet or anticoagulant medications.
