Summary
This pilot study tests whether a peer-led program called Yuva Sath can help young people (ages 18-29) who inject drugs stay engaged in substance use treatment and HIV prevention. The program includes six one-on-one sessions with a peer counselor and weekly text check-ins. Researchers will enroll 60 participants to see if the approach is feasible and acceptable, and whether it improves treatment attendance and reduces risky behaviors.
