Summary
This study will test whether an 8-week hatha yoga program is practical and helpful for adults hospitalized with schizophrenia. The goal is to see if yoga can improve mindfulness and how patients recall memories. Thirty-six stable patients will participate in group yoga sessions led by a professional teacher and a mental health nurse.
