This study tests whether yoga-based exercises can help veterans with schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, or bipolar 1 disorder improve their ability to function in daily life—like socializing, working, and managing leisure activities. About 112 veterans will be randomly assigned to either a yoga program or a general wellness program. The goal is to see if yoga offers extra benefits for community functioning, thinking skills, and physical fitness.
