Summary

This study tested whether yoga-based breathing exercises can reduce pain, fatigue, and insomnia and improve self-efficacy in people recovering from colorectal cancer surgery. 80 patients were split into two groups: one did the breathing exercises twice daily for about 20 minutes, while the other received standard care. Researchers measured pain, fatigue, sleep quality, and self-care confidence using standard scales.
