First seen Apr 10, 2026 · Last updated Jun 04, 2026 · Updated 10 times

Summary

This study tested whether adding weekly yoga or a special body-focused therapy (FSB) to standard care helps young women aged 16–25 with eating disorders like anorexia or bulimia. 54 participants were split into three groups: standard care only, standard care plus yoga, or standard care plus FSB. The goal was to see if these extra therapies reduce body dissatisfaction and unhealthy eating behaviors.
