First seen Apr 10, 2026 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study looked at whether adding weekly yoga or a body-awareness program (FSB) to standard care helps young women aged 16–25 with anorexia or bulimia feel less dissatisfied with their bodies and improve eating habits. 54 participants were split into three groups: standard care only, standard care plus yoga, or standard care plus FSB. The goal was to see if these extra therapies reduce body dissatisfaction and unhealthy eating behaviors.
