Summary
This study is testing whether a brief writing program, designed specifically for Chinese immigrant culture, can help improve the quality of life and reduce stress for women who have survived breast cancer. Researchers are comparing three different types of writing exercises to see which is most helpful. The goal is to provide a simple, accessible tool to support emotional and physical health after cancer treatment.
