New brain cancer combo aims to outsmart Tumor's defenses

NCT ID NCT05879250

Summary

This study is testing whether adding an experimental drug called WP1066 to standard radiation therapy can better control a fast-growing type of brain cancer called glioblastoma. The drug is designed to block a specific pathway that helps the tumor grow and hide from the body's immune system. Researchers will measure if this combination helps slow the cancer's progression and helps patients live longer.
