First seen May 14, 2026 ยท Last updated May 14, 2026
Summary
This study looks at 600 people having hip or knee replacement surgery to compare three ways of closing the surgical wound: a special adhesive dressing, skin glue, or suture strips. The goal is to see which method causes the fewest allergic skin reactions and gives the best-looking scar. Participants will take photos of their incision at home and at follow-up visits over three months.
