First seen Jun 26, 2026 · Last updated Jun 26, 2026
Summary
This pilot study tests whether a 6-week digital health literacy program delivered through face-to-face sessions and WhatsApp activities can help older adults in Singapore improve their digital health skills and support brain function. Researchers will compare 140 participants aged 60+ who join the program with those who continue usual activities. The study focuses on feasibility and whether the program helps seniors find and use online health information.

What this could lead to
If successful, this could show that a simple chat app program helps older adults better use online health information and support their thinking skills.
What could go wrong
