Summary

This study looks at how eating whole wheat bread affects gut bacteria and health in adults with prediabetes. About 65 participants will eat either whole wheat or white bread for two weeks, then switch. Researchers will measure blood sugar, insulin, and inflammation markers to see if whole wheat improves health through gut changes.
