Summary

This study tested two treatments for chronic neck pain in 38 young adults aged 18-30: standing on a vibrating platform (whole-body vibration) or doing exercises to improve neck awareness and balance (sensorimotor exercise). Both treatments lasted 4 weeks. The goal was to see which one better reduces pain and improves daily function. The study is complete, and results may help guide therapy choices for neck pain.
