Shake and soak: new combo therapy targets back pain relief
NCT ID NCT07067489
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Aug 12, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study tests whether adding whole-body vibration exercises to mineral bath therapy (balneotherapy) helps people with chronic low back pain feel better, move easier, and sleep more soundly. Sixty adults aged 18 to 65 with long-lasting back pain will be split into two groups: one gets standard exercises after baths, the other gets the same exercises plus vibration. Researchers will measure pain, mobility, and sleep quality after three weeks to see if the combo offers extra benefits.
