Summary
This study looked at whether listening to preferred music or using whole-body vibration can improve muscle strength and thinking skills in the morning. Fourteen healthy men aged 18-35 with weight training experience took part. The goal was to see if these simple techniques could help athletes overcome the natural dip in morning performance.
