Summary

This study tests whether whole-body vibration training can improve body composition, muscle strength, and physical performance in 30 older adults with knee osteoarthritis and sarcopenic obesity. Participants will do vibration exercises, and researchers will measure changes in walking speed, chair stand time, and pain.
