First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at how different frequencies of whole body vibration affect lung function, breathing muscles, arm strength, flexibility, and quality of life in healthy adults and people with moderate to severe COPD. About 102 participants will try three vibration frequencies in random order, with a week break in between. The goal is to find the best vibration dose to help COPD patients.
