First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study looks at whether whole body vibration therapy, added to usual care, can improve muscle mass, strength, and function in older adults who are starting to become frail. About 40 people aged 65 and older will be randomly assigned to receive either vibration therapy plus usual care or usual care alone. Researchers will measure changes in leg and hand strength and muscle mass over time.
