Summary
This study will test if wet cupping (Hijama) can help women with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) by improving menstrual cycles, reducing pain, and possibly increasing pregnancy rates. Sixty women aged 20-40 with PCOS will be randomly assigned to receive either wet cupping plus lifestyle advice or just lifestyle advice. Researchers will track changes in periods, hormones, and quality of life over 12 weeks.
