Summary
This 16-week study is testing different combinations of diet and exercise to find the most effective weight loss plan for 30 adults with prediabetes and physical disabilities. Participants start with either a high or low carbohydrate diet, and those who don't lose enough weight are switched to a new plan that adds exercise counseling or time-restricted eating. The goal is to lower blood sugar and prevent type 2 diabetes.
