Summary
This study aims to find the best combination of diet and exercise for weight loss in 30 adults with prediabetes and physical disabilities. Participants first try either a high or low carbohydrate diet for 4 weeks. Those who lose enough weight stay on their diet; others get extra exercise coaching or time-restricted eating. The goal is to lower blood sugar and prevent type 2 diabetes.
