Summary
This study looked at three different weight loss strategies for 110 adults with chronic spinal cord injury who were overweight. The goal was to find which approach—prepackaged meals, better self-monitoring, or a combined program—works best for weight loss and improving health. Participants tried each method for 13 weeks, and researchers measured changes in weight, physical activity, and quality of life.
