Summary
This study tested three different weight loss strategies in 110 adults with chronic spinal cord injury who were overweight. The goal was to see which approach—prepackaged meals, better self-monitoring, or a combined program—helped people lose weight and improve their health. The results will help design a tailored weight management program for this group.
