App-Based weight loss trial launches for Post-Transplant teens

Summary
This study tests a weight loss program using a smartphone app and coaching for teens and young adults who are overweight after a stem cell transplant. The goal is to see if the app helps them lose weight and build healthy eating habits. About 20 participants will join this early-phase trial.
