Summary

This study looks at how many sets of weightlifting per week are best for building muscle strength and size in people aged 65 to 80. Participants will do either 6, 18, or 30 sets per week for 10 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in leg strength and muscle thickness to find the ideal weekly volume.
