New web portal aims to empower young women after breast cancer

Summary
This study is testing a website called YES, designed to help young women who have finished breast cancer treatment. The goal is to see if using this website to track and manage symptoms improves their quality of life better than standard follow-up care. About 400 young survivors will either use the website or receive usual care for 9 months.
