Summary

This study tests whether wearable devices like Fitbits and continuous glucose monitors can reliably track daily exercise in people with cancer or diabetes. About 35 adults who are not very active will wear these devices for a period of time. The goal is to see if people find them easy to use and if they stick with the monitoring plan.
