Summary
This study is testing whether it's practical to use a Fitbit activity tracker and a continuous glucose monitor together to track daily exercise patterns. It involves 35 adults who are either cancer survivors or at risk for diabetes but do not have diabetes. The main goal is to see if people will use these devices consistently and if tracking affects their motivation to exercise.
