Can a smartwatch help fight cancer? study tests personalized exercise plans

NCT ID NCT06855706

Summary

This study is testing whether a personalized exercise program, guided by a Fitbit, helps patients with ovarian or endometrial cancer meet the recommended 150 minutes of weekly activity better than standard advice. It aims to see if more exercise improves quality of life, physical function, and the body's immune response. Researchers will also check if changes in gut bacteria are linked to activity levels.
