First seen Mar 29, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 10 times
Summary
This study looked at whether wearing an activity monitor (like a Fitbit) helps people who had heart surgery get back to their normal activity levels faster. Twelve adults who could walk without help wore the device after surgery. The goal was to see if the tracker motivated them and gave doctors useful data to set recovery goals.
