Steam vs. pills: new study tests better fix for enlarged prostate in active men

Summary
This study compares a minimally invasive water vapor treatment (REZŪM) to a two-drug combination for men with an enlarged prostate whose symptoms didn't improve with one drug. The goal is to see which approach better relieves urinary symptoms and preserves sexual function. About 155 sexually active men aged 45 and older will be randomly assigned to one of the two treatments.
