Summary
This study tests a lifestyle program called Watchful Living for Black and Hispanic men with early-stage prostate cancer who are on active surveillance, along with their partners. The program includes coaching calls and nutrition sessions to improve quality of life, physical activity, and diet. The goal is to see if this approach is practical and helpful for these patients and their loved ones.
