NCT ID NCT07481214
First seen Apr 03, 2026 · Last updated May 11, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This study tested whether a simple walking program using a pedometer could help reduce fatigue and improve quality of life in people with lupus. About 101 participants with lupus and moderate to severe fatigue were randomly assigned to either a walking program with personalized step goals or a wait-list control group. The program lasted 21 weeks and aimed to gradually increase daily steps. The goal was to see if this low-cost, accessible approach could ease fatigue and improve other aspects of daily life.
