Summary
This study looks at whether walking football is a safe and fun way for people with axial spondyloarthritis (a long-term spine condition) to exercise. Twelve adults who can walk without help will play twice a week for 12 weeks. Researchers will check if it improves pain, stiffness, and quality of life.
