NCT ID NCT07425093
First seen Feb 20, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study looked at 22 overweight adults with headaches to see if walking exercise and changes in body fat are linked to brain structure. Participants either followed a diet plus a 12-week walking program or diet alone. Brain scans and body measurements were taken before and after. The goal was to understand how exercise might affect brain health, not to test a treatment.
