This study tests an experimental drug called WAL0921 in 96 adults with kidney diseases that cause protein in the urine, including diabetic nephropathy and several rare conditions. Participants receive either the drug or a placebo as an IV infusion every two weeks for 14 weeks, then are monitored for 24 more weeks. The goal is to see if the drug is safe and can reduce protein leakage and protect kidney function.
