Massive 10,000-Patient study aims to improve dangerous heart rhythm treatments
NCT ID NCT04520347
Summary
This international registry study aims to collect data from 10,000 patients undergoing catheter ablation procedures for dangerous heart rhythms called ventricular tachycardia. By tracking outcomes across approximately 30 medical centers worldwide, researchers hope to better understand which patients benefit most from these procedures and identify ways to improve treatment quality. The study focuses on gathering real-world information rather than testing new treatments.
