Summary
This study tests a new drug, VRT106, in 42 adults whose glioblastoma (a fast-growing brain tumor) has returned or worsened. The main goals are to check safety, find the best dose, and see if it helps shrink tumors or extend life. Participants receive VRT106 by injection and are closely monitored.
