Summary
This study tests whether virtual reality (VR) can help people with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) by letting them face their fears in a safe, computer-generated world. 62 inpatients will be randomly assigned to standard therapy plus VR exposure, VR cognitive games, or standard therapy alone. Researchers will measure changes in OCD symptoms, anxiety, and depression to see if VR adds any benefit.
